SHEAR REBEL HAIR STUDIO APPOINTMENT POLICY

• There is a 15 minute grace period following your scheduled appointment time. If you the client do not call or text within your grace period, you will be considered a "NO SHOW," your appointment will be cancelled, and 100% of your service amount will be due to reschedule a new appointment. 

• Please consider giving me a 24 hour notice when cancelling appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

• If you cancel within the 12 - 24 hour time frame via Booksy, Square appointments, call, or text, you will not be charged.

• If you cancel or reschedule "THE DAY OF " with notification via Booksy, Square appointments, call or text, you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee of  50% of the cost of the service requested.

• If you forget or "NO SHOW" for your scheduled appointment(s), you will be charged for the FULL amount of the service(s) scheduled.  The FULL amount must be paid in order to book future appointments. If not, you will be prohibited from making future appointments.

WAYS OF COLLECTING

• Square invoice will be sent through email and text

• If other forms of collection is discussed then the other options are:

  • Cash app

  • Paypal

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

Since the services are reserved by/for you personally, a  cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and some clients miss the opportunity to receive services that initial day he/she desired.
